Personally Yours of the Triad, Inc.

High Point, NC, July 9, 2008 -Alpine Graphic Apparel, Inc., has acquired Personally Yours of the Triad, Inc., a custom
advertising specialty business. The transition was finalized on May 6, 2008. The acquisition strengthens Alpine’s promotional
product department and compliments its already thriving embroidered clothing and screen-printing business.

With the acquisition, Alpine has enlarged its office space by some 50% to accommodate four new employees and created a
new showroom to showcase its embroidered, screen printed and promotional items. The firm has expanded its facilities two
other times in the past seven years and continues to add staff and the latest embroidery equipment as its national client base
grows.
