Some shrinkage is unavoidable in knitted garments. To minimize shrinkage, follow washing instructions on the garment label. Do not use bleach on colored fabrics. Do not iron over imprint or embroidered design. Avoid harsh detergents. For a screen-printed garment, we highly recommend that the garment be turned inside out. Wash cold and do not use fabric softener.
Due to market conditions and mill variances, we cannot guarantee consistency of shades to match precisely order-to-order and dye-lot-to-dye-lot.
Screen Printing
Screen printing pricing includes the imprint of your logo in one location. Tee shirts are traditionally screen printed. Locations may include left chest, center front, full front, full back, center shoulder, and sleeves. Screen charges are generally $35 per color per location. Screen charges are based on how many colors are in your design. Each color requires a separate screen. Screens are required if there is a difference in the size of the logo. As an example, a two-color left chest logo will require 2 screens. If the same art is used as a full back imprint, then two additional screens are required for the larger imprint. Additional screens may be required if garment sizing crosses over from Youth Small to Adult 2XL. Artwork will not imprint properly on very small to very large garments.
Art must be submitted as an .eps or .ai file (vector art) created in art software packages such as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator for promotional products and screen printing. JPEG files are acceptable for creating embroidery stitch files. Artistic though they may be, doodles, napkin sketches, and rough pencil drawings are not camera ready and, therefore, can’t be used. We can convert these doodles for a small art fee.
